#communityfirst I’ve teamed up with @walashe.fam a collective from Berlin for an exclusive Tee with my clothing brand @iam.eeh !

eeH X FRIENDS // If We Support Each Other, We Grow Together.

@walashe.fam is a feminist dance collective founded in Berlin in 2018 founded by Iman Gelen. Laura Kasse, Lisa Ennaoui and Alda Mondlane.

They participate in projects like « Urban Feminism-Tanz im August » and have created the show « Female Energies, » performing at various festivals and theaters.

Since 2019, they have organized events, jams, and talks, collaborating with brands such as Soundboks and Gangway. Their second festival, @unfolding_forms took place earlier in September with Berlin’s festival funding.

As women in the Hip Hop, Funk, and Club dance scenes, they face challenges in a male-dominated environment. Walashé’s work is a cultural-political statement, aiming to professionalize and support the urban dance scene in Berlin, particularly for marginalized groups.
